In addition, we have established a personal information protection management system to realize the policy shown below, and will continue to improve it while always being aware of the latest IT trends, changes in social demand, and fluctuations in the business environment.

We hereby declare that we will work on this issue as a company-wide effort.

5. We will continually improve our personal information protection management system by reviewing it in a timely and appropriate manner, taking into account changes in the environment surrounding our company and the current situation.
   

This policy will be distributed to all employees to ensure that they are aware of it, and will also be posted within the company in pamphlets and other formats to ensure that it is available to anyone at any time.
